磁力強耦合器 Powerful Magnetic Couple

RFC系列磁力強耦合器攪拌系統由于密封性好、扭矩大、結構靈活、易維護等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，目前在反應釜攪拌設備上使用廣泛，尤其適用于高壓、高溫、高轉速、高真空、易燃、易爆、劇毒等工藝條件下的加氫催化、氨化、氧化、氣液固混合等攪拌反應。RFC系列磁力攪拌經(jīng)過(guò)我公司與專(zhuān)業(yè)院校的不斷改造和創(chuàng )新，設計成熟，工藝先進(jìn)，目前可根據不同物料性質(zhì)、壓力、溫度、轉速及腐蝕量參數，采用不同材質(zhì)（碳鋼、不銹鋼、雙相合金鋼、鈦、鎳、鋯及哈氏合金和玻璃鋼、鋼襯氟、PO等非金屬）和結構；如A、軸承上裝式；B、軸承內置式；C、軸承不停車(chē)等壓加油式；D、軸承外置機械密封平衡式等。在壓力≤22MPa、功率≤90kw、溫度≤450℃、轉速≤2900r/min的工況在工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)上均達到很好的攪拌效果。

It is especially suitable for mixing reactions such as catalytic hydrogenation,ammoniation ,oxidation and gas,liquid and solid mixing in high pressure,high temperature,high rotation speed,high vacuum,flammable,explosive and toxic process conditions.The RFC series magnetic stirring has been continuously reformed and innovated by our company and professional colleges, with mature design and advanced technology,the RFC series powerful magnetic,couple mixing system can ues different materials(carbon steel,stainless steel,titanium,nickel,zirconium and Hastelloy,FRP,PTFE lining,PO and other nonmetals) and structures according to the nature, pressure,temperature,rotation speed and corrosion of different materials,for example, A. top mounted type bearing; B.built-in type bearing;C.bearing with isobaric oiling without  stopping the machine;D.external mechanical seal balanced bearing.In service conditions with pressure≤22MPa,power≤90kw,temperature≤450℃,and rotation speed≤2900r/min,the products can achieve good effect during industrialized production.
